Sure, I could take it out. (Heck, I already do some form of that). I'd love to be able to put the `{ XE "Mat 13:4" \f "References"}` field info in the doc after the ref and have it all work.

I mean it is SO CLOSE. Index entries in, page numbers, but sorted alphabetically. And no way to use a sort key or anything to re-sort the index.
