At this rate they would run out of men in the frontline in 3.2 years (700k / 18k a month). Though the front would collapse before that when they had lost enough.

If Hegseth illegally fires a general, and the generals collectivelly tell him no, who will force the general out?
August 30, 2025 at 8:10 PM
It doesn't work like that. Trump or Hegseth can't just fire them and replace them with loyalists willy nilly. Senior officers like generals can only be removed by court martial. And new ones can only be promoted by being confirmed by the Senate.

Trump brought socialism to America

I don't know. I can't read.

I don't know man. Why don't you tell me instead of asking me? Good lord.
May 27, 2025 at 9:01 PM
No. I won't engage with that, it's stupid. An ideology isn't defined by it's etymology.

Why do I care? North Korea is officially the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Doesn't mean it's democratic. And the nazis were national socialists. Doesn't mean they were socialist.

What the word fascism is named after doesn't matter. What matters is their beliefs and actions.

I think the platform needs to be more than just politics to be sustainable. It needs posts about sports, art, video games, events, trends and porn. It needs to be a place for normies too, not just liberals and leftists.

And presidential pardons don't cover state crimes. So if the president sent his henchmen to kidnap people in their states, or to tamper with ballots, the henchmen could be tried in state court.

Federalism might be what saves us in the end.
May 27, 2025 at 9:51 AM
The only thing preventing total tyranny is federalism. Elections are run by the states, with the federal government having zero control over them.

And that structure wouldn't be unique to fascism either. It's the same structure of absolute monarchy, military juntas and certain marxist leninists states like the USSR under Stalin.

Fascism also requires ideology to be considered fascism.

A violent group of people who obey a single leader, instead of a parliament or courts or the law.

What's even more absurd is the practical reality that the court is ignoring.

If the president can fire anyone, there will be no one left in the gov who will refuse illegal orders from him.

So if course he will start ignoring court rulings. The Supreme Court is giving away their own power.
