This is my Bluesky Log (or Blog, for short) of me and my attempt at a diet
It was a rest day, but I cut yesterday's short to reconstruct my lat raise machine and the pulleys I use for cable flies... and I just felt like a random workout. Might do this again next week, but not planning on it. Maybe a "lagging muscles" day?

Side note: I got interrupted SO MANY TIMES during this workout. I meant to do more, but this took place over more than 2 hours for JUST this

Finally decided my new routine after weeks of brainstorming.

I am now going for a 5 day split of upper/lower/cardio and extras. Every 1st, 3rd and 5th with cardio, the first and fifth day calisthenics and the second and fourth days as weights.

I assume some was muscle, anyway. My scale seems to be having issues and can't read body fat percentage. This is probably not terrible, seeing as home scales are pretty well known to not be super accurate.

But now back to cutting, with lower macros and not snacking on cookies as a pre-workout.

As of day 333, my big 3 totals are:

Bench press 235

Deadlift 315

Squat 365

Total... 915!

I'm over 900!!!!! (Goes super saiyan!)

I plan to be more well rounded during my cut phase, so let's see what happens next time I decide to try, though I'm not scheduling it like these last few tests were. Gonna focus on the scale more in the coming months.

Either way, confident that at least my squat will go up in a few days.

We shall see for bench this Sunday. I have to plateau at SOME point, I suppose, especially with the significant gains I'd had the last two tests.

Making me decide I probably shouldn't shoot for the 1,000 lbs club before cutting
