"Spark gap" is the daft jargon that folks in the sector have come up with to describe the difference in cost between a unit of gas and a unit of electricity, usually when used for heating. Sorry. Engineers make it a point of pride to be understood by as few people as possible.

A younger relative of mine aged maybe 15 or 16 wore a pair of trainers with the anarchist symbol on them and absolutely refused to accept it had any political meaning.
