Don’t beat yourself up about it. As much meat & dairy as you can comfortably reduce is a very good contribution. I think there’s more overall consumption reduction by getting a big cohort to reduce (fairly substantially) than pushing hard for complete veganism

I don’t think it was clear who won the debate. Both were articulate. Zack got his points across well. Adrian sounded sensible. Adrian probably favoured by the Today audience, but Zack might’ve chipped a few off in his direction

Just been to the Birtwhistle / Beethoven Prom. Both magnificent in different ways. With Birtwhistle, and its like, I think the trick is to experience it rather than trying to get it. On the other hand someone standing near me was looking at the Birtwhistle score while listening ! That’s next level
