200g/day feels like a lot! I see why some participants hesitated, but it gives me confidence to push my n=1 experiment. I’d planned to ratchet up to ~120g/hour during longer efforts, but now I’m curious if I can go even higher. Wondering if my gut will limit me more than my metabolic flexibility…

Cliff's Notes: I've been in ketosis ~8 weeks, tracking daily via finger pricks. Today, I tried 88g carbs (22g every 20 min) during a 1h 20m Zone 2 run.

* Pre-run: ketones 0.8, BG 80.
* Post-run: ketones 0.5, BG 183.
* 1-hour post-run: ketones 0.8, BG 99.
