Pavement parking is illegal in London, but in the rest of England the Highway Code only advises against the practice.
Yesterday I called for action during a debate I held in Westminster on encouraging more children to walk and cycle to school!

Seems a good time for a first post. And in light of other news stories around today. Good to see year on year footfall in the @bcpcouncil.bsky.social town centres up by 46% in Bournemouth, 40% in Christchurch and 51% for Poole in January.
