Been a bit quiet on here recently. Had a fun week in Morzine last week and it's been non stop work catch up this week.. (that probably doesn't need a photo 😆)

Today's episode of get out and do something.. Another 25km in the bank. Part of the red trail and a fast descent through Boltby wood near Thirsk, North Yorkshire. The climb back up wasn't so bad ⚡👍
