Taken socials off my phone for a bit as an experiment. I've been spending a lot of time scrolling. Still here via the tablet and Mac, but it's been great to get some time away from IG in particular..

Today's episode of get out and do something.. Another 25km in the bank. Part of the red trail and a fast descent through Boltby wood near Thirsk, North Yorkshire. The climb back up wasn't so bad ⚡👍
