Before you speak, think what you want the audience to hear.

Focus on what you will say, can bias the message because of your familiarity with its content.

Knowledge is not enough. Lack of time & resources creates a stressed out expectation on change folks.

If you confuse #ChangeCapability with #ChangeCapacity you get #ChangeFatigue #ChangeOverload and they mean even less people to do the change!

Its colonial connotations are uncomfortable
A person driving a stake into the Indigenous territories they are occupying/stealing

Is it disrespectful of Indigenous people? Perpetuating colonization?
