Love this tip from #CX expert, Brittany Hodek:

"Pick one ordinary moment in your customer journey and ask:
'How could we make this more joyful, surprising, or fun?'"

In our digital-first world, print is often an afterthought.

📨 Don't ignore the opportunity that print marketing presents.

Attention is a game, and the goal is to find it.

Recent data suggests print is alive and well: richarddedor.substack.com/p/print-mark...

Print Marketing Isn't Dead. Your Strategy Is.
Why does direct mail still work? Because you have to touch it. You see it. And then you have to decide to toss it out.

I really enjoyed this read that pulled together the stories of three Palestinian families. Well done, Susan Muaddi Darraj! #Reading #Books

Corporate Values does NOT Business Value.

Having corporate values can add value; but it is not a guarantee. Adding value has to be built into the everyday execution of the company.

Marketers must embrace micro-moments; those mundane points of contact that you can add a little culture, a little personalization, and above all, a gentle surprise that you know your customer. #ecommerce #marketing

Do you think the NFL doesn't know their audience? A multi-billion dollar global enterprise doesn't make a mistake with their premier event: The Super Bowl Halftime Show. Their selection of Bad Bunny is on brand and in-line with their most recent successes.

We've all known about AI for years.

The time has come to understand and embrace it because consumers are all in and you don't want to get left behind.

Half of us now use AI search (and half of ‘traditional search traffic’ is at risk)
Research from McKinsey describes a “readiness gap,” with users flocking to AI search and brands lagging behind.

This is called strategic alignment.

Everything isn’t a fire.
Things are bright forward thoughtfully.
Decisions are made.
Progress is made.
Being on a project where you have more than two hours to think and everyone isn't in a state of shrieking panic feels very disorienting and uncomfortable. It's not for me.

The reality of #AI is that when deployed with a deep understanding of the problems you're solving, it improves the bottom line.

JPMorgan Chase invests $2 billion a year developing AI, with the technology saving the bank about the same amount, according to CEO Jamie Dimon.
