Totally agree with this and I really enjoy teaching on ETC specifically for that reason. I've been wanting to start something up, with enough buy-in it could work.... Eg every 2/3 years a 2 day combined ALS/APLS for SpR/Cons who regularly resus. Maybe we can start a working group if enough interest?
