Day 28 - Grateful for this day, another trip around the sun. Today is my 54th birthday and I'm grateful to be here to celebrate. I spent this day just reflecting on things and making plans for the coming year.

Day 27 - Grateful for this Thanksgiving Day and spending quality time with the family. Smaller than our normal Thanksgiving dinners but it’s always great to see my family.

Dinner, board games, and watched the first episode of Stranger Things season 5. 😎

Day 21 - Grateful for the written word. As you can see, I read a wide range of books, and it's not just self-improvement titles.

This is just a small fraction of my physical books. And that doesn't include all the books in my Kindle app. 🤓

Day 8 - Grateful for my Oura ring. I love my Oura ring, I'm addicted to looking at my Sleep score, my Activity Goal, and checking my stress levels.

It also checks my heart rate, my "cardiovascular age", it says my cardiovascular age is 12 years younger than my actual age.

Let me leave this here in case anyone needs to know.

China has already responded with retaliatory tariffs.
