Did you know that Josh Hawley, one of the most conservative senators from the first tRump regime, wrote "The Tyranny of Big Tech", decrying its perceived anti-conservative bias? I wonder if he still stands by it today...

Democrat MoCs locked out of the Dept of Education today🤬🤬🤬

Unacceptable. Locked doors won’t stop us from fighting for parents, students, and educators. We will keep showing up. We will not be silenced.

These platforms are not our friends.
Instagram and Facebook have reportedly blocked posts from some abortion pill providers.

Reproductive rights are human rights — and they include the right to access legal and safe abortions.

I asked this in a response to @marcelias.bsky.social , but I want to pose it here because I think it's cool: If we had to design a flag of our #opposition, what would it look like? I feel like we could use a symbol to know who our community is.

As I have been preparing for my project, I have had to research a range of institutions, including the #environmentalprotectionsagency (#epa). A strange agency established more as a political distraction than anything else, its first established head was a Republican named William Ruckelshaus.

So I got a question for you #political #scholars out there. What do we call it when NGOs, public institutions, and particular government agencies form a collaborative structure that has a combined political intent and shared resources?

I have been wondering about how concerned I should be about leaning more into being an #activist #scholar in the coming years, especially since my work is going include both support of institutions opposed to the regime and critiquing the regime itself.

Good morning, Blue Sky.

Being resilient is easier when you're surrounded by the right people.

Build communities that make you smarter and tougher for the battles ahead.

Never give up hope. Never stop fighting for what is right. And just.

Whatever comes our way, we will face it together.
