1.) While the idea of "good always wins over evil" is often presented in stories, the reality is that when "evil" cheats, it can be difficult for "good" to prevail without adapting strategies or relying on external forces to enforce fair play;

My great grandfather's bakery, in Victoria, British Columbia, was famous for his crumpets. A New York company bought the recipe, and later sued him. They said they didn't turn out the same. My great-grandfather won by declaring... of course, they weren't made by him.
