People have already captured the network traffic for this particular age verification provider, and found that no images are sent.

If the other site is Discord, they weren't storing the pictures done through the in-app verification. A lot of people had to verify their age through Discord support instead for various reasons, and *these* were the images that were stored and they never claimed otherwise.

I hate age verification as much as the next guy but Twitch are pretty clear that the system they are using is entirely on-device and the photos aren't being stored. Given data protection laws they would definitely be in a heap of shit if they were lying about this.

I know that the first Pokémon Ranger game has a one-time event it that lets it send Manaphy to a copy of Diamond/Pearl, and it can't be erased from the save once it has been done.
