I agree. My wife is a retired NICU RN, so by circumstance, I know way more than the average male about women, maternity, reproductive issues and the heated social debates around women's sexuality and their agency or lack thereof. And it is actually misogyny not racism that drives Trumpism and MAGA.

I live in Long Island NY. I donate to AOC, love her politics, energy. But she would have a hard time in NY in the general election. the NYC burbs are 55/45 Magat ridden.Upstate rural 60/40 magaty or worse. She would have to roll up huge majorities in NYC. It's possible

My dog has one super power "cute" and one irresistible hook in me "Hey! Look at me- you should feel sad." In fact its the cuteness factor and "begging" of certain dogs that led to their domestication. If you're an animal and humans are around being "cute" offers a much better chance of survival.

I am a serious student of U.S. history. I personally witnessed how nice polite whites treated and spoke about black Americans as a kid in the late 1950s. I went to an integrated school before the 1965 Civil Rights bill. In one long word, the racist myths, lies, cruelty were un-fucking-believable.
