I came across a very interesting passage in a book about Greene Co, PA.
“American historians today believe that in all of the 13 colonies, about 1/3 supported the Patriot cause, about 1/3 were Loyalists, and the remainder were neutral or indifferent about the outcome.”
That is eerily familiar…
