It works!
Literally everything works perfectly just by copying the disks from the old machine to the new. Had to re-pair Bluetooth devices, that's all.
Now to rebuild the case 🤔

This case is listed as taking a maximum of 18 3.5" disks, but only 10 fit on the main mounting plate.
You can use the space in the bottom for mounting cages for four more if you don't want fans down there, plus a cage can fit in the top of the front with […]

It boots!
Sorta. It's not seeing the NVMe I moved over from my other machine as bootable, but I'm not worried.
I still have more fans to add, the 18-bay HDD rack, and I have to rebuild the entire chassis, but this confirms the motherboard isn't borked so I'm very happy :)

I got distracted by something else for a while so this is taking longer than I thought, but it's SO NICE working with this ludicrous case. So much space and virtually the entire thing can be taken apart for access.

Wheeee!
This was easy — drop-in replaced the CPU, BIOS needed to reset its fTPM config, and away we go. I don't use my TPM for anything but I imagine this would've been harder if I did.
Haven't tuned my config or overclocked beyond the 'auto' setting yet […]
