Sacramento took over control of SR 160 in 2000, and while it's still not great (3 lane one way pair through dense walkable Midtown), there are definitely some traffic calming measures there that wouldn't have been put in under Caltrans control.

Anecdotally they often seem to be overheating or something -- the fans turn on like a massive laptop computer and end up causing just as much noise pollution as a diesel bus.

These gates have shut on me while I was trying to go through 4 times so far. It happens when I tap a valid Clipper card while the gate is still open after someone else. A few seconds later it closes on my body. So far I haven't been injured.
Also, I can no longer see my Clipper balance when I tag.

I'm sure Sonoma County Transit is a great system but I just needed it to check a box. Took this one stop, got off at B St & 7th St, and then hustled back to SMART for the 2:32 train back to Larkspur.
