A word of advice: Balance. There’s a lot of disturbing things happening now. Try to balance doomscrolling with something life giving. This doesn’t mean ignoring reality. But taking a break for something that will refresh & recharge you for the battles to come is essential. Self care isn’t selfish. 💛
