In the UK - some supporters of Reform (Party led by Trump's buddy Nigel Farage) think that asylum seekers are being given cellphones and homed as soon as they arrive.
They do not "have recourse to public funds" - which means they can't claim welfare benefits whilst their claims are being processed.

I was shocked to find that that poor child who died of measles in Texas was from a Mennonite community, and the parents did not vaccinate him or her.
