On a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7, using Chrome PWA. Just spend your stamina, close the app without changing what screen you are on, or pressing any in-app navigation buttons, and then re-open the PWa and stamina will be refreshed. I assume value isn't getting cached before app is killed. Video 2x speed
