My mom and sister are visiting tomorrow/Sunday for a quick little weekend. I took the opportunity to do some extra cleaning I’ve been meaning to get to. There is still cat hair everywhere. This is the losingest of battles. (Pictured: the responsible, thankfully quite cute, parties)

I did leg day and then cleaned downstairs. I kind of hate how much I like the visible vacuum passes on the carpet. I am now never standing up again.

I started at 270-275 lbs. First baby step in 2022: cut regular soda (special occasions only, maybe once a month), dropped to 260. Joined a gym, down to 250. Fully embraced a healthier diet (not started A diet) three months ago. Now I’m down 20 more pounds. Chasing down 200 and feeling proud today ☺️

Still feeling a little funky, but turning it around. Got the tattoo in 2018 and decided I needed to work on physical health too. Turns out I eat to cope with (or celebrate) everything, and there’s been a LOT of everything since 2019. But, progress has been made lately.

Today I put on a pair of jeans I haven’t worn in a few months and they’re almost certainly the wrong size now. So I pulled a shirt from the “maybe someday” section of my closet…which fits!
