Just a reminder for ppl assigned male at birth who are gender-curious: No matter your gender identity, if you're curious about hormones, I suggest trying them. That doesn't automatically make you a girl or whatever you might identify as, but | keep seeing yall in pain and suffering and afraid to take up space when space is offered. The only way you're gonna know is if you freaking fuck around and find out. There's no harm in that at all. In fact some of the most secure men I know experimented and were like, dang. Not for me, but glad I tried. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Lots of AFAB ppl try T and it's not necessarily a big deal. We AMAB folks have lots of self-oppression and transmisogyny to deal with. Why deny yourself the right to agency over your body? I no longer believe we should tiptoe around this subject. Esp in this political atmosphere your self-acceptance and strength is needed. If you think you could benefit from hormones, you might could try. Just a thought.
