Amphibious #parkrun earlier today, at #Riverside in Chester le Street. Thanks to all the efforts of the volunteers we were on, albeit an amended course. None of which stopped the crowds arriving 🏃♂️

For #TerrierTuesday, here’s Little Joe 🌈 with his trusty #HiVis collar which saw him through many late autumns & winters. It’s that time of year when this was an essential for morning & evening walks & while he was never keen on it he was characteristically measured when he let us know that 😀

A flooded #FellFoot so off to #Morecambe today for my #parkrun fix. Great atmosphere & nice to have a flat out & back for a PB this year; but most appreciated the nostalgia of running along the prom here for the first time since I lived in Morecambe as a student, more years ago than I’ll admit to 🏃♂️

Struggled to find anything for #ChangingTimes for this week’s #TerrierTuessay so this one’s a bit of a stretch … one of Little Joe 🌈 looking a little forlorn as we were about to head home from a holiday, moving from holiday time back to our normal routines.

When Little Joe 🌈 was about two we were walking along an estuary in Suffolk & he charged off & disappeared, only to come back covered in oil & mud. This is the chastened little fella after the very vigorous bath he had to recover from his #mischief. #TerrierTuesday

Something from just after Little Joe 🌈joined us, not even one, did this week’s #TerrierTuesday. As a youngster we saw a lot of the #TiltyHead as he explored the big wide world. As he became an older, wiser soul it came out less often - usually as a quizzical comment on the quirky behaviour of us!
