Ben Affleck's Holden McNeil goatee‘s the answer but I'm not sure what the question is. Politics. Humor. Great at @ replies, not great at regular posts.
No, call them ICE, so when the people in charge of making these decisions have no power any more, we know which departments have to be completely disbanded. Whatever customs and immigration regulatory agents need to be employed by a reasonable government, no one who has worked for ICE gets a job.

I decided hold my nose and to test Grok out also. Got the best/worst answer.

Two out of three AIs agree with you.

The third needed clarification after botsplaining to me about nutrition but eventually disagreed with you.

If I remember right, they limit the menu from midnight to 5 a.m. to certain items so that the lower amount of workers on staff can prepare at an appropriate wait time for customers, and handle other job responsibilities. Only certain types of burgers, no fish, etc.

Ok, I scrolled through about 30 replies and didn't see anyone say this, sorry if someone else did first.

*clears throat*

Yep! Trump certainly isn't woke!

Thank you. Please tip your wait staff.

I don't believe most D.C. Democrats are really interested in gaining majority power, but I just can't understand the ones who do actually haven't learned from the last however many election cycles that no elections are being won on flipping voters based on taking political positions.
November 4, 2025 at 5:10 PM
There are so many levels to this, but the biggest takeaway to me is the the few D.C. Democrats who perhaps really ARE interested in flipping states STILL are thinking on the 20th century model of centrist swing voters, and not the 21st century model of motivating your base to go out to the polls.

First the dinosaurs, then this. What the fuck, Gary?

You are going to have a really hard time convincing people who disdain equity but are very much supporters of equality that equity is right.

You *could* convince them that the people organizing against equity are the people who support genocide, discrimination, and/or billionaire interests.
October 29, 2025 at 10:24 PM
The problem is we have three groups of people. Those who support equity, those who support equality but not equity, and those who support inequality.

And the inequality supporters consistently negatively outmessage the equity supporters for the "middle" group's support.

Wait a secant, did you just make a couple of puns?
October 28, 2025 at 5:39 PM
I'm also tired of hearing polls about all American voters. 40% of voters are not voting for the Democratic Party no matter what they adjust or change. Like your graphic, focus on the people who vote Dem, or potentially vote Dem.

Both of you missed that my response was humor just like the original post, taking it farther.

Welcome to Bluesky!
October 27, 2025 at 5:38 PM
I really hate that people make up these fake Magazine covers to try to promote disinformation. There really isn't any Bluesky Educational Series. And tricking people with disinformation should be a criminal offense, involve public shaming, and banned from Bluesky and also from holding public office.

I shouldn't have to spend 10 minutes of my lunchtime responding to you about this, but you want to have the last word when you've clearly completely misread an original post, Will's post, and my response to will. So I took the time. Reread what you've responded to, and the original thread of Angus.
October 20, 2025 at 5:38 PM
And probably so do you, but somehow you've misinterpreted everything.
October 20, 2025 at 5:21 PM
The post itself, and the thread, had NOTHING to do with trying to get more money into churches. It was using an analogy in a now deleted post that one type of participation was equal to another. Angus strongly disagreed. So did Imani. So do I.
October 20, 2025 at 5:21 PM
Have you even read Angus Johnston's thread, or this whole time have you been trying to interpret a screenshot with some weird view.

Here's the thread:

Somehow me responding to Will about HIS post which DOESN'T reference Angus' analogy about churches (nor does my reply) got you thinking one or both of us were talking about Angus' post.

Moreover, Angus' post was not about religion in the slightest. It was about level of participation in a movement.

Exactly The thousands of semipermanent D.C. people involved in the Democratic party are mostly center-right dilettantes and dilettante-wannabes who are so so different than the typical Democratic voter in their base. And they are happy to just be there and have salary and power and socialize.
