I put the border on this big improv quilt top while I was on retreat. Still thinking about how to quilt it. I love it more than I expected! (Started last year at a Sujata Shah workshop with the Philly Modern Quilt Guild.)

Picked up a little treat for the trusty Notorious BQE, who's been working hard on this retreat.

Here's the story on this quilt from 2018: making a block a day for 100 days was the challenge. My masochistic streak decided to dye fabric for the top and then set it on point with a gazillion 1" squares and getting it all done by the 100th day. I quilted it on my Bernina. 70" x 70".
