Making a little project called Orcslayers, an erotic playground / dungeon manager. Might talk about it here. Might also post old animations. The (blue) sky is the limit, baby!
When you need more flexibility with how to organize animations without 2000 different project files so you just make your own internal packaging system. Each layer acts is it's own rig retargeting to a master rig through a reference, much easier to scale.

It's low key, but I like my victories. Refactored down my entire character load logic and encapsulated into an actor component. 90% less logic.

Here is an example of me using the new system to quickly build and easily load my characters into a thumbnail generating actor.

So one thing I have considered is a lust system. Concept is bare right now but as action happens over time certain small things change, like skin blush and expression. Sped up for the video.

Ended up rewritting the speak system, removing around 80% of the code. New system has built-in subtitles and can scale, allowing longer chains. Sivana also leveled up her sass a bit.

Not like the others, no, but I did do some really quick personal animations during that time.

Canonically, the last place I left her was she had escaped Hellfire and rejoined the Sentinels.

Horrific Visions was a dungeon type at the end of BFA. I never even played them, as I had quit the game before then, but I used the concept as a way to kind of run wild with "bad ending" type situations. They were all personal, as a way to get out some stress, but I couldn't release them.

If it makes you feel better, that is the official ending. They retired happily to Grok's treehouse. The earlier image was the last of a big group I called horrific visions, if you remember that game mode. Here, have one more from that group, even had a hazy border. Never released these.

So little fact, but this was my last wow animation I ever did, and it was years after the scare.

I was getting out major aggression on my old OCs. Made 50 mini-anims of my OCs in terrible situations before I got strong enough to say goodbye and stored them in my attic.

Dev: Been itching to animate again so I am going to try and just animate new stuff for a bit. Reverse Congress was a must have for me, so I am testing out a quick WIP. As an aside, I added a little more texture to the skin too.

Dev : Adjusted my speech systems a bit by adding a new branch for instances when one actor or another is going down, so other actors will know about it and can comment.

Also goofing around with allowing speech between clone characters, like Mortal Kombat loading scenes. Been fun.

It right now can find nearby "pairs" dynamically, and will change based on certain poses too (no need to banter when you got something in your mouth right?)

Dev: This was the main reason for the smoothing. Updates to the menu were jarring using the old method but look great using the new one. Menu still WIP and needs more tweaks.

Dev: Small test of further updates to the gazing system + added for male. Old code a bit too "locked on", so I added a smoothing method that smooths out the movement. Enjoy leaving it partially on, since it makes them always semi-face the camera.

Been wanting to develop a method to unlock things, made a function that can be attached to either a static actor or animated actor that unlocks characters or animation.

Still deciding what I want the final process to be but having the functions done means I can really use it anywhere.

In the end, I developed Orcslayers as a sort of spiritual successor to my old works, but in my own safer setting. My first works I made using it were some of my favorites.

After that period, I moved on to other ideas and franchises, but it never fully replaced the hole that was in my heart.
