Make the dough balls bigger, 33grams, there is no way to close the dough around the marshmallows at the recommended scoop size. I also added 1/4tsp of ancho chili pepper.

This is the recipe I followed.
The verde was great so was the flavor over all.
I didn’t trim enough fat from the pork. The recipe has you simmering on a stove top. I’ll braise it in the oven next time. 325 for 2 hours like I do with my stew.
