Molten Marshmallow Mexican hot chocolate cookies. I didn’t have high hopes for this recipe. It was a little deceiving. Made adjustments to the size of the cookies and added ancho chili powder on top of the cayenne. They turned out better than expected. 🍽️

I decided to make the Ted Lasso shortbread biscuits. While they are not as pretty, they are hands down the best shortbread bars I’ve ever eaten. Baking them was inspired by buying one at a coffee shop and saying: I think I can do it better. I’ll wait a bit longer before I cut them next time. 🍽️
