There is zero chance I’ll use win in any way, as an OS it enrages me endlessly every time I have to use it, and the audio production tools in Linux are stuck in the early 2000s. Storing it is not the issue, it’s syncing from computer to phone. Doppler might suit my needs

I think you Still have to use Apple tooling to sync playlists etc , and Apple has broken that because they want to force people to use their streaming service

If you’re going to recommend anything that’s a subscription or a streaming service you do not understand the problem and your input is not helpful.
