My son now heads for his toddler tower to help cut his breakfast fruit every morning before breakfast. The wooden herb knife my wife got me for Christmas is also now his. The only way I could be happier is if he’d stop trying to cut my finger off when cutting grapes in half. Ow.

Started potty training our almost-3 year old today. An end to diapers can't come soon enough. His discovery of a new art medium can't wait long enough.

Being a good parent is serving your child canned corn that he has never eaten, will not eat, and might consider eating at some point no less than a decade in the future… but doing it anyway.
