My fear is that this single act will diminish the power of the people showing up to stand for justice. My hope is that most who experienced the sudden terror will not allow it. My blessings go with the victim and their loved ones. Peace to all.

I spent my own money to make some paper flyers to hand out, and got a cool handmade "RESIST" friendship bracelet in return. If people really are paying "leftist" protestors, where do I sign up? Does it come with benefits? And why can't ol' Muskie just pay us more to leave them alon?

The wild part about Utah politics is that the have gerrymandered Salt Lake County to hell. They quartered the most populated, and most Democratic county in the state, and stuck each quarter to the rural outskirts of Utah to dilute our vote. That's one of the things we are fighting against.

Maybe because I was born here, have raised my family here, and have a life and a career that I don't care to blow up just because the MAGAs want to turn us into the scapegoats for everything wrong with the world. They want to erase our existence, so we have a sacred duty to stay and fight for it.
