Today was a contrast of triumph and tragedy. So many people, thousands of us, met and shared a beautiful experience. We shouted, sang, danced, and peacefully marched in a blocks-long stream of humanity. And yet, for reasons unknown, one man decided to turn the evening black with violence. #NoKings

Hundreds of us protesting nuclear testing got arrested.
Underground nuclear testing was formally halted in 1992.

I've been attending protests in Utah for over 30 years, and have never seen this large of a crowd. Estimated between 10-12,000 people. Add to this the thousands protesting in deep red rural Utah and nobody can argue that Utah monolithically supports 47 and Muskkk. #50501movement
