I’m consistently amazed how many of us have opinions about people who are homeless without ever spending any time with people who are homeless.

Holding onto our humanity will be the great test of these divided times.

What we actually have are people with real stories, real lives, real hurts, wounds, and dreams. People who have hobbies, families, a hometown, a favorite sports team. We have people who love people. And people who are loved.
