sticky things are upsetting for tactile and aesthetic reasons, but also in a deeper way, I aver: they trigger a recognition of the blurring boundary between self and non-self.
spreading things are upsetting for being difficult to control (e.g. raking leaves, dusting), but also as totems of entropy.

disintegrating plastic has tied glitter as my most hated non-injurious substance, as they both share two properties that can nearly drive me into panic: stickiness/clinginess and spreadability/resistance to being collected or contained.

I am definitely not a doctor, so consult official sources and healthy vegetarian experts and such, but I think I get a fair amount of iron by eating Grape Nuts cereal every day (without milk). but this post reminds me to get my bloodwork done again soon, just to be safe.
hope things improve for you!

Why do I "endorse" what I take to be impossible? Well, I always could be wrong. Moreover, many people disagree that struggle is doomed, so find value in it. Also, there may be inherent value even in doomed struggle. Finally, primitivism/Leviathan/capitalist chaos are all unacceptable, so why not?
