Folks... This game is shaping up to be a 2D masterpiece. It's gorgeous and the level design is just so very good.

This is gaslighting. Anyone telling you that emulation isn't supposed to be cheap either doesn't remember the late 1990s through 2000s, or are trying to feed some BS revisionist history for their own purposes.

I'm honestly surprised that we don't talk about this game more. It was:
1. A Capcom-produced JRPG on the NES
2. Unlike Sweet Home, was officially localized
3. Was every bit as good as FF1 or the DQ/DW games on NES/FC.
