A man on TikTok said that it was harder for men to get mental health treatment. I asked him how? He said he had to file out questionnaires and then was paired with a male psychologist. Then said his wife couldn’t even help him!
but in saying that I made the effort to find a better fit. i had to be the one to do it. my wife couldn't. she was to busy managing a store. (and she couldn't anyway it was on me).
