Every year because of my non-creativewriting job, I attend Formnext, a huge tech exhibition in Frankfurt, and every year I am overwhelmed by how male, how bro, how white it is. So every year I wear my most colourful skirts and bring my baddest brown grrrl vibes. Here's this year 😘

Team, I did it! The audience listened, laughed, connected with my work in ways I didn't expect, in the best possible way. Feeling humbled and fearsome all at once! Can we go again? 🤩

There wasn't a poster for the book reading today so I made one myself, in English and French. The event organisers in Saarbrucken, Germany spotted it and asked me to make one in German too. Arrived at the event space and look 😭😭😍😍

Can't really believe it but a story I submitted for a book in the France-Germany-Luxembourg region where I live was selected to be in a book, and the soft launch is today! Wish me luck as I read my words and try not to cry! #writers
