Retreat offers a space with stim toys, ear defenders, eye masks, cushions, plushies, weighted lap pads, and many other items to help you self-regulate. We are also always staffed by knowledgeable neurodivergent folk who will happily listen to you infodump.

This research focuses on autism but it would be interesting to see research on groups made of people with a range of neurodivergent experiences. Not just autistic but ADHD, CPTSD, anxiety, BPD, bipolar, etc. Especially with all the comorbidities.
