It reminds me of my Dewey, who I lost over a year ago and still miss. Such a sweet dog; slept wrapped around my head or tucked into my armpit.

That mountain has a very distinct profile, even when mostly hidden in the clouds. Yours is a beautiful shot; mine’s just a fond memory. But I’m going back in June!

My wife took this photo of a crow-sized bird in New Zealand yesterday. Merlin says it’s an Australian Magpie. Probably pretty common, but handsomely marked, and new to us.

I’ll never be in the same ballpark as your bird photos, but I have some passable lion shots. They’re much more cooperative / indifferent to humans (unless they’re hungry)!
