I don't get it, the argument about the killing of survivors vs killing in the first strike.

There is no legal justification for EITHER!!

It's a distinction with no difference!!

AFAIK there is NO LAW against someone simply piloting a boat with drugs aboard.

None.

We are not at war.

Stop the BS!

Come on people, this is one of the easiest forms of resistance. Don’t shop during the holiday season. If you must shop do it at locally owned small businesses that are ideally owned by progressives. If you must shop, spend less than you did last year. Together, we can send a message. Don’t shop!

Boycott this holiday season. This is an important act of resistance. If you can’t boycott, challenge yourself to cutback from last year’s spending 10%, 20%, 30% or more and shop small local businesses. Send a message to corporate interests now from we the people.

Anyone still supporting the Democrats should do the same. Your contributions, your $ is the only this the Democratic Party understands. The party that can consistently pull a defeat from the jaws of victory
Deleated my Actblue account. Done with donating to Democrat losers, who cave when they are at their peak of strategic strength. Also, blocking all solicitation e-mails.

Americans have been dragged, tackled, beaten, tased and shot by immigration agents.

They’ve had their necks kneeled on.

They’ve been held outside in the rain while in their underwear.

At least three citizens were pregnant when agents detained them.

The government does not track how often immigration agents grab citizens. So ProPublica did. Our tally — almost certainly incomplete — includes people who were held for days without a lawyer. And near...

You can’t make this up:

A 155mm artillery shell prematurely detonated during a Marine Corps demo — raining shrapnel onto cops guarding VP JD Vance.

Trump’s team mocked Newsom for closing I-5 “for no reason.”

Turns out Newsom’s safety call may have just saved lives.

Competence vs chaos.
