A millenia ago, we stood up temples of massive stones in open fields and danced under the moonlight. Seems as good a way to show love as any. Let's do that again.

Sometimes, I am envious of the solitude of Curiosity. A command echos in its robot brain, and it completes the task. Nobody expects high efficiency from motors and moving parts layered in Martian dust. We're just glad to see it is still operating at all. Wish that same kindness was paid to humans.

I live in New England and there were more Black Capped Chickadees around me than usual. Really common bird but they seemed more active and aggressive with each other. Eating up what's left of the winter berries.
