I am flying back to Washington D.C. tonight to vote no on Republican legislation that will raise health care costs for all of us.

An update on food assistance from Whidbey Island.

Open enrollment starts today, and the people I represent are seeing health care costs skyrocket because of the Trump administration.

I volunteered this morning with Lynnwood Food Bank. The Trump administration must comply with yesterday’s court order and release $5.5 billion in funding for food assistance.

Taxpayers got their money’s worth with the Fisher Creek culvert replacement project in Mount Vernon.

If food assistance benefits run out on Friday, it will be because of the Trump administration deliberately choosing to let kids, veterans, and seniors go hungry.
