(2) All provisional ballot voters whose ballots are under legal challenge will receive a letter from Chester County Voter Services stating the reason for the legal challenge and what action can be taken to advocate for the ballot to be legally counted.

During the review process, many provisional ballots were "set aside" due to legal challenges to procedural flaws related to one or both of the provisional ballot envelopes (inner secrecy envelope and/or outer envelope).

(1) The Chester County Board of Elections is responsible for reviewing provisional ballots. They completed this review process yesterday - Thursday, November 13.
