Republicans are holding Americans’ health care hostage, we must demand a funding bill that keeps health care affordable and accessible.

In the meantime, We have some incredible organizations and resources in the East Bay, including the Alameda County Community Food Bank which just recieved a portion of a $10 million+ infusion that the Board of Supervisors approved last week. (3/4)

It was an honor to be with a living legend and inspiration, Bobby Seale, as we renamed 57th Street, the location of the first Black Panther Party headquarters, to Bobby Seale Way. Mr. Seale inspires us all, now and forever, to fight for justice, self-determination, and liberation. (1/2)
