I called out the gyms at the company I work for recently when I signed up (during pride month) and there was mandatory M/F markers, and the title options included Rev, Lord, and Prof, but no option for a neutral term or n/a.
Why do they even need my title??? It's a gym

It's so frustrating, my medical records are frequently updated as my transition progresses and anything gender based is only relevant to my GP who is handling my blood tests for HRT.
No other company or service needs to know what I've got going on.
