If the U.S. government is going to take the position that, once removed from the United States, folks can’t be brought back, then it sure seems to me that federal courts should be reflexively and categorically barring *all* removals until they’re 100 percent certain that the removals are lawful.

I find it interesting that we have not heard a peep from republican members of Congress, both hiuse and senate, about TikTok running without a sign 90 day extention or the announcement of a buyer which is necessary. Sen. Cotton, any remarks?

I finally realized what bugs me about the TikTok notice: it’s not that Trump may save it, it’s the ‘we need his permission’ vibe. It feels very Handmaid’s Tale. I don’t need permission to post on a social platform. TikTok, you’re starting to feel like a bad place. Never OfTrump

Isn't it interesting that the loudest, most ardent voice against Tiktok and the made-up Chinese threat it poses is also to profit about the topic of China being a threat rather than be specific with his reasoning on the Senate Floor or in hearings? Any comment, Sen. Cotton?

To everyone celebrating the decrease in Meta share value, this probably is not indicative of any movement away from META products yet. As of right now, it looks like the normal trend of Meta's over the last 6 months. However, if sustained, such a boycott could turn into a sustained loss of value.
