You know when a box art made you never look much into what ends being a fascinating title?
This game even has one of the most interesting concepts I have ever seen in a RPG, a robot character with lots of health, but can't heal, all damage taken is permanent, if it dies, it's gone forever.

The part I really can't get my head around is suddenly saying there's a love between Devilman and Devilman Lady because... destiny I guess?

Not that this part of the story is bad, just not in the same way the start was as a story on it's own, but it's neat to see a conclusion to certain characters from the original series like Silene.

Not gonna lie I was enjoying the story itself more in the first part as a diferent take of the concept than on the second part as a direct sequel to the original Devilman manga, but the art surely still kicks ass, as without a doubt, they know how to make Devilman himself look sick as fuck

Another point of critic to me is the Lux Pain itself, because why you name the game after these objects that give people super mind powers and yet basicly nothing about the story ever mentions them?

This one feels harder to analyse because while I see flaws everywhere, I really liked the overall experience, the characters, the themes and emotions explored, nothing was truly perfect, even more with the terrible translation, but it connected with me as a form of art through it all.

If there's a critique I can make to this game writing is how often things go from calm to pure chaos quite suddenly, one second you think the bad guy is defeated only for the next peaceful day have the second villain shows up and brings on the apocalypse.
